Mourinho makes another comment about Sanchez

Jose Mourinho remains in awe of new signing Alexis Sanchez, and has hailed the former Arsenal man after he completed his move to Manchester United on Monday.

Speaking after the deal was officially announced, Mourinho praised the Chilean, saying ‘his ambition, drive and personality’ will suit the Red Devils.

United have officially announced the mega-money signing of Sanchez from Arsenal, with the Chilean joining on a deal worth £600,000 a week.

He has swapped the Emirates for Old Trafford with Henrikh Mkhitaryan moving the other way.

Following Sanchez’s move, Mourinho told the club’s official website: “Alexis is one of the best attacking players in the world and he will complete our very young and talented group of attacking players.

“He will bring his ambition, drive and personality, qualities that make a Manchester United player and a player that makes the team stronger and the supporters proud of their club dimension and prestige.”
