Paris Siant German Beat Atalanta to Progress for Champions League Next Stage.

It’s all over in Lisbon, with PSG having come from behind to book their place in the Champions League semi-finals in dramatic fashion.

“I have the impression there’s always a lot of pressure on Neymar. You can’t imagine the pressure that’s on Ney. But he is a lad who likes that, who’s used to playing with that pressure,” – These were the words of PSG coach, Tuchel in his pre-match news conference before their must win tie against Atlanta and the Brazilian lived up to expectation with a man-of-the match performance.

The French champions were down by a goal in the 27th minute and Atlanta preserved the lead till the 90th minute of play.

A resilient Neymar and substitute Mbappe combined to assist Marquinhos and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.

It is so cruel on Atalanta, who would have been worthy semi-finalists, but they can still look back on their campaign with immense pride.

Tuchel, meanwhile, may have just salvaged his job with that late comeback, though PSG will have to be much better if they are to get past either RB Leipzig or Atletico Madrid, who play on Thursday.
