Congratulations are pouring in from Nigerian celebrities as singer, Banky W and actress, Adesua Etomi welcome their first child.
It should be recalled we earlier reported that Banky W, and his wife, Adesua Etomi-Wellington have welcomed their first child.
The power couple revealed they welcomed their first child, a bouncing baby boy, about four weeks ago, which is nearly four years after they got married in 2017.
However, the adorable couple kept the good news a secret until it was Adesua’s birthday, which they saw as the right time to let the cat out of the bag.
Breaking the good news, Adesua wrote: “You have a track record of keeping your word. Ọlọrun agbaye o, you are mighty. 4 weeks ago I received the best birthday gift ever. Our Son.”
Nigerian celebrities have taken to social media to congratulate the power couple on the arrival of their newborn baby.

A Nigerian journalist identified as Gimba Kakanda is of the opinion that Genevieve Nnaji is an average actress. According to him, there is nothing extraordinary about her acting.
He pointed out that Mercy Johnson is more talented than Genevieve Nnaji. Gimba also said that there’s nothing spectacular about Adesua Etomi, adding that she is just an everyday Nollywood actress.
He wrote,
“Genevieve is actually an average actress, there’s nothing extraordinarily spectacular about her acting. You should be talking about someone like Mercy Johnson if you want to talk about someone much more talented, and above the league of Adesua.
I watched Sugar Rush when it hit the cinema, and I didn’t find Adesua Etomi’s acting underwhelming as some have observed. She’s your everyday Nollywood actress, nothing spectacular but commendable. It’s too soon to judge her fairly because we haven’t seen the extent of her range.
Adesua is yet to be stretched in the fashion of, say, the incredibly talented Mercy Johnson. She’s unlikely to have Mercy’s range, and talent, but her difference with actresses like Genevieve is the one between six and half a dozen. She’s a Genevieve with fewer movies and stardom.”

Adesua Etomi has been carrying messy hair about within the past month, that she needed to place an end thereto. And whilst the sweetness salons should get on close, the actress decided to travel on a “DO IT YOURSELF” mission to possess the hair braided by herself. It seems Adesua’s braiding skills are above par and that we have a sense her hairstylist has just lost a client.
Taking to social media yesterday to point out the results of her accomplishment, the actress shared a video that shows the self-braided hairstyle from all angles. Nollywood Actress, Adesua Wellington has sent a request to organizers of Big Brother Naija, BBNaija “Pepper Dem” edition.
Adesua, in a post on her Twitter page, asked Biggie to grant her 5 minutes in the Big Brother Naija house.
According to her, she would like to have her way into the BBNaija house in order to speak to Khafi which might be in one or two words.
Adesua tweeted; “Dear Biggie, please I need only 5 minutes in the house.
“I just want to tell Khafi something. Just one or two words.”
