Nigeria’s quest for Olympic football gold ended with a disappointing 2-0 defeat to Germany on Wednesday at the Corinthians Arena in Sao Paulo.
The Europeans scored in either half through Lukas Klostermann and Nils Petersen to ensure the Dream Team VI will face Honduras in the bronze medal match.
Nigerians, as usual, took to Twitter to express their disappointment.
